Requirements

BI for Intune requires:

• Microsoft PowerBI account

• Power BI Pro license assigned before signing in

  • Included with Microsoft 365 E5 license

  • Not required when using Power BI Premium

  • Available as a stand-alone license

  • Available as a fully functional free trial

  • If you are not sure if you own Power BI Pro or Premium you can find out what licenses you have

• Azure AD Application registration (requires a global admin to configure)

• Connection key, without it the app only contains sample data

• Reporting on Windows 10 installed software requires a Log Analytics workspace and devices must be enrolled into Endpoint Analytics. Installed software reporting is an optional feature.
